PAST PERFORMANCE

R&D of Optical Techniques, Devices, and Measurements

DynaGrace Enterprises supported the U.S. Naval Research Laboratory in a multi-year R&D effort focused on data-centric sensing, optical systems, and advanced signal analysis. Our team contributed to the development of intelligent sensor systems and fiber optic networks by integrating AI-enabled data fusion, pattern recognition, and real-time analytics across acoustic, seismic, electromagnetic, and chemical sensing domains.

Key achievements included the implementation of automated detection algorithms, multimodal data collection, and predictive modeling for surveillance-grade applications. We designed and tested systems employing distributed sensing architectures, edge AI computation, and sophisticated multiplexing strategies for high-density data environments. Our work extended to XAI (Explainable AI)-driven threat classification, spectral signature analysis, and sensor fusion models supporting Navy objectives in target recognition, system diagnostics, and environmental monitoring.

This performance demonstrates our ability to combine domain-specific instrumentation with AI-powered insights, delivering scalable, trustworthy, and mission-aligned solutions for defense and national security missions.

5G Dynamic Spectrum Sharing Experimentation at Hill AFB

DynaGrace Enterprises provided SETA (Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance) support to the Air Force Research Laboratory, ensuring AI-driven oversight and technical coordination across advanced optical sensing and data-driven intelligence programs. Our role encompassed vendor relations, integration of 5G hardware, and oversight of on-site contractors to ensure the success of experimental research initiatives.

While not directly conducting experiments, our team played a critical oversight role, managing data-driven decision workflows and facilitating the seamless integration of next-generation sensing technologies. We ensured AI-enabled analytics frameworks aligned with contractor objectives, supported sensor calibration and optimization, and contributed to system-wide data integrity for mission-critical applications.

Additionally, our leadership in coordinating vendor engagements and technology deployment helped establish secure, high-performance connectivity through 5G infrastructure, enabling real-time data processing and remote experimentation. By bridging AI-driven insights with logistical and operational oversight, we reinforced the scalability, security, and effectiveness of cutting-edge optical systems for defense and reconnaissance.

Digital Opacity Compliance System Generation II (DOCS II)

DynaGrace Enterprises (DGE) provided AI-driven software and hardware integration for the Department of Defense (DoD) DOCS project, modernizing visible emissions detection through advanced machine learning and cloud-based analytics. DOCS, originally designed to reduce the $15 million annual cost of human Method 9 observer certifications, leverages AI-powered image processing to analyze opacity levels from smokestacks and industrial dust clouds with precision and efficiency.

As a key technology partner to Virtual Technology LLC (VTLLC), DGE developed a self-learning algorithm that processes emission imagery using predictive AI models, continuously improving accuracy with expanded datasets. This intelligent system enables real-time opacity determination, supporting EPA Alternative Method 082, ASTM D7520, EPA Method 9, and EPA Method 22 compliance.

DGE ensured seamless AI integration through a RESTful web service, allowing both web and mobile applications to access the trained AI model via cloud infrastructure. The mobile solution incorporates camera-based analysis, geolocation tracking, weather inputs, and accelerometer data, ensuring adaptive environmental monitoring across diverse field conditions. Available on iOS and Android, DGE’s AI-driven platform provides scalable, automated emissions monitoring, enhancing regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.
